Why choose me ?

I have been a therapist for over 15 years, I guide people from a place of hurt, anger, frustration to a place that is meaningful and satisfying. I studied Psychology as an undergrad at Syracuse University. I received my Master's at Fordham University. I started my career working in child welfare, public schools, forensic social work, grief and bereavement work in church, psychotherapy in community clinics and then private practice. As a result, I’ve worked with people from different walks of life, diverse socio-economic status , different cultural experiences, diverse sexual orientations and diverse faiths. Through training and experience, I bring an understanding of: adult and child development and the messages our brain interprets, I have trained in family therapy and diverse treatment modalities. I adjust treatment depending on the needs of the clients.
